| Explanation of the rules for media registration: |

| 1. | All media are required to register online in order to apply for the pres badge for the GAF2013. Attempts to register by telephone, email or on-site will not be accepted. |

| 2. | You will need one of the following documents for registration: |
| | 1) | Journalist card issued by related company |
| | 2) | A reference letter written by related company |
| | 3) | Invitation letter from the GAF organizer |
| | 4) | Other identification material (What other material would be accepted. We need to either give and an example of what "other" ID is acceptable or just delete |

| 3. | How to get your press badge: |
| | Please present the original materials used during the application process at the event registration desk in Wuhan to receive your press badge. |
